Man was shot to death during altercation outside a bar on Salmen Street
St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's investigators are searching for clues in a homicide early Sunday in the Slidell area.
A 43-year-old man was shot to death during an altercation with another man outside Gloria's Bayou Lounge at 36316 Salmen Street.
It happened shortly before 2AM Sunday.
The suspect fled in a blue, 4-door sedan.
Patrons and employees of the bar tried to perform CPR on the victim before he was taken to Slidell Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
