With rates scheduled to increase soon, the superintendent of the S&WB will discuss plans Jan. 10th
Joseph Becker, superintendent of the Sewerage & Water Board, will talk about the agency's plans for dealing with New Orleans' antiquated sewer system at a forum set Jan. 10.
The session is sponsored by the watchdog group Bureau of Governmental Research.
