Third Suspect In Feb. 9 Bourbon Street Shootings Surrenders

19-year-old Malcolm Hall is charged in incident which injured 4 persons

A third suspect in the Feb. 9 shootings on Bourbon Street that injured four persons has surrendered and has been charged with four counts of attempted first-degree murder.

19-year-old Malcolm Hall turned himself in to police in connection with the incident outside a strip club in the 400 block of Bourbon.

Two other suspects in the case, 22-year-old Brandon Brown and 23-year-old Deron Bridgewater were arrested within a few days after the shootings. 

All three suspects each are being held on $1 million bond.

Police believe the intended target was an 18-year-old man who was shot in the abdomen. Three bystanders who were injured, two women and a man, were released from the hospital after receiving treatment for their wounds.
